ROLLS-ROYCE-GHOST

It is the king of powerful and luxurious vehicles, with its 6.6 liter, 563bhp and V12 twin turbo. This is the Rolls Royce Ghost. The new Ghost is smaller than the Phantom and they call it "Baby Rolls". Harry Metcalfe p.32 said that "Rolls-Royce likes to think of its new model as being less "blingy" than the Phantom."

The Ghost is a more responsive drive than any previous Rolls. Metcalfe p.32 said that "The impressive angle of lean in the cornering shot doesn't seem nearly as bad from inside the car." They designed its steering to be excellent for a limo. Also, they designed the wheels to work fully independently from each other.

The Ghost is fantastic but they can improve some areas in it. Its tall tyres are a problem for the driver and other passengers, because the ride quality would suffer. Also, the silly door mirrors should be reduced in size. Metcalfe p.33 said that "Overall, though, the Ghost is a great car."

Part3: opinion

Water is important for all countries and some countries don't have fresh water like desert countries. So, building this great project will solve this problem. My opinion is this article needs more information about the Great Man-Made River.

Part2: Main Idea

The main idea is Libya needs water and they have it as fossil water. They can use this water in many things like agriculture. So, they constructed a network of pipelines to transport water from the desert to the coastal cities.

Part 1: summary

Libya is a desert country, and finding water in it is a problem. But, the Great Man-Made River will solve this problem. Finding water became a government priority so, they decided to construct a network of pipelines to transport water from the desert to other cities.
In 1984 they started the project and they invited some foreign companies to help them finish the project. In 1993 they started phase I which is transporting water from eastern well-fields.
They started phase II after 3 years which is bringing water from western to Tripoli. Phase III which links the first two phases is still under construction.
Libya built a factory, so they can make the big pipes that transport water. Libyans are now running the factory and now more than 70% of the manufacturing is done by Libyans.
The government began to use their water in agriculture. Libya hopes to make inroads into European and Middle Eastern markets.
The combination of water and oil has given Libya a sound economic platform. Libya is in a good position to play an increasingly influential role in the global economy.
